This skill can be bought multiple times, once each for the different weapon types. The damage penalties do not stack. If a character has this skill for their DMR and Gunfighter, then they will have +10 on their DMR and no penalty on their pistol. If they subsequently buy this skill for their pistol that will also be at +10, but their DMR will drop to +5 unless they buy Sharpshooter|None|2000c|
