+**If you want to use your space for any crafting you will need a means to do so. The modern version would be CAD software and 3D printers, going old school would be a forge and a workbench. The technical skills, i.e. working with weapons, armour or explosives would need the ability to work with metal and a levelled table for the assembly, and would thus be the easiest skills to work with. It is worth nothing that blueprints going out as loot tend to be CAD files and thus of little use to someone using old-fashioned method. Transposing them to paper or something you can read on a phone is a viable option though.**
