The Manor House
Originally stolen from the arch-enemy of a couple of the player characters, the Manor House is known around the southern half of the Zone as the home and base of operations of the Manor House Mob, a faction formed almost by accident. It is a large manor situated some distance from any other buildings, with a large garden and surrounded by a very thick hedge.

All player characters with access to the Manor House receive the following benefits.

Facilities
| The Long Gamer Archive | A trove of paper records stolen from the Long Gamer faction. This can be used according to the rules here |
| Gardens | No longer ornamental, these are now capable of growing crops. Progress will be much slower than using hydroponics or printing, and tests still need to be done to ensure the soil is safe. |
| The Cellars | The previous owners left behind a small quantity of quite well hidden brandy, and the occult society that lodged with them had six bottles of a pale green liquid that appears to be alcoholic. The cellars have also had a couple of reinforced cells installed. |
| Power | Solar panels and accompanying batteries are sufficient to run heating, lights and cooking. There is no spare power for anything else. There are backup generators with a very small amount of remaining fuel. |
| Other… | There is an incidence of the Car Crash anomaly at the back of the building. This has previously been weaponised by Elias (deceased) |
Security
The hedge has been reinforced with a steel fence around 50% of the perimeter and the only entrance has a steel gate.
The entire building has been hardened against EMP attacks.
Crafting
Currently there are no crafting facilities at the Manor House.
